At subsequent appointments , we will build off of what is going well. We usually review progress to date, work on tailoring nutritional needs to your lifestyle, address how diet and exercise can improve your health status and adjust your step by step health goals. You never leave empty handed. I can provide new recipes for your favorite foods and tips for staying on track.
