She is a credentialed Registered Dietitian and Massachusetts Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. Sheri holds a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She was a certified Wellness Coach through the Wellcoaches program for 10 years. Coaching techniques enable Sheri to quickly establish rapport with each client through keen listening skills and provocative open-ended questions; exploring readiness and motivation behind making healthier choices.
In 2007, Sheri joined the staff of Everyday Health, the leader in digital health and wellness online information. Her duties included coaching thousands of website members through the steps of a weight loss journey.

In 2017, she ventured into community-based nutritional counseling through The Nutrition Center which led to the establishment of an independent consulting firm, Sheri Iodice, RD in 2019. Currently, she sees clients in Pittsfield and North Adams, MA.
Sheri is a creative recipe developer and writer of articles for websites and blogs. For three summers, she worked as a food allergy specialist at Camp Emerson in Hinsdale, MA.

Sheri is a native of the Berkshires. "I enjoy all four seasons (five, if you count the mud season) and I'm always ready for the next one when it's time." She is an avid Red Sox fan, a quilter, lover of books, puzzles and fountain pens.
